What does Lagniappe mean, and how is it pronounced?

Lagniappe is pronounced “lan-yap”. It is a French-Creole word that comes out of New Orleans (where our owner went to college and lived). Lagniappe means “a little something extra”.

PCS is short for “Personalized Concierge Services” and for “Property Care Services” -- services in and around your home designed to meet your needs.
